These terms explain the basic rights and responsibilities that apply when using kadin.ca.
You may not use kadin.ca to create links for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity, phishing, malware distribution, or infringement of third-party rights. You are responsible for the destination you shorten and for having any permissions required to use it.
Automated or abusive activity that threatens the security, integrity or availability of the service is prohibited. Suspicious links may be disabled or restricted and records may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by applicable law.
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability, although reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied. Material changes to these terms are published as a new version; where contractual acceptance is required for members, that version is recorded separately.
